Meet the people
building Habits.
We started with a simple belief: talented people deserve access to great financial advice. Three years in, we're still building with that same conviction.

Different expertise. Shared conviction.
We hired for depth, not titles.

Jack Boudreau is a viral content creator and CEO of Habits. He founded Habits in 2022 after a career on Wall Street at J.P. Morgan, built on the idea that distribution and go-to-market solutions are the future of every industry. Along the way, Jack has built a massive social media following reaching millions every week and has been featured in CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and more.

Buddy Wood Talton is Head of Engineering & AI at Habits. He began his career building full-stack applications and quickly moved into building next-level engineering teams and leading platform development. At Habits, he rebuilt the core system to support growth and now leads engineering and AI efforts across the company. He spends most of his time shipping product, refining architecture, and working with the team to scale what Habits can deliver to advisors and consumers.

Matt is Head of Sales at Habits. Being based out of London, he uses his British accent to make himself sound smarter than he is and spread the word about Habits. Matt also competed in competitive powerlifting and was the British Benchpress Champion, lifting 205kg (~450lbs) at just 83kg (~183lbs) bodyweight. Outside of work, he enjoys the gym, watching football (don’t call it soccer to his face), and getting a pint in a London pub.

Brandon runs customer success at Habits, making sure every user and advisor gets real value from the platform. Before joining Habits, he built multiple startups, competed in dozens of nationwide pitch competitions, and now spends his free time designing websites and apps. He’s the person on the team who follows up three times to make sure an intro call went well, and a big reason Habits has a reputation for caring about outcomes, not just the match.

Sakthi is a Founding Software Engineer at Habits and has been instrumental in building the platform from the ground up. He works across backend systems and core mobile infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. He spends most of his time writing code, solving complex technical problems, and helping evolve the foundation that powers Habits.
The system was broken for everyone.
Great financial advisors were spending more time hunting for clients than doing what they're great at. And millions of high-earning young professionals were navigating retirement, taxes, and real estate on their own - not because they didn't want help, but because they didn't know how to find it.
We built Habits to fix both sides of that equation at once.
Advisors deserve better leads
Bulk lead vendors sell the same cold contacts to five advisors at once. We built a qualified, matched pipeline instead - 27.8% client conversion vs. under 1% industry average.
Young professionals are underserved
The average Habits user is 34.5 years old, earns $265K, and is navigating a pivotal financial moment - but 87% have never worked with a financial advisor before.
Matching should be intelligent
We built a two-sided platform where both sides win - consumers get matched advisors based on their goals, and advisors get pre-qualified prospects matched to their criteria.
